Orders & Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing with the Glop and Glam web site. This orders and return policy tells you how we process our orders, and if necessary, how returns or damaged items can be returned or credited. Please read this orders and return policy before using the site. By using the site, you are accepting the practices described in this orders and return policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review this policy whenever you visit the site.
What is the order process?
When you place an order, your information and requested products are sent to us. Our staff will then verify your order request, check that the items requested are in stock, and begin packaging your items for delivery. Your credit card will be processed when you submit your order online.
How do I cancel or change an order?
You cannot cancel or make changes to an order that has already been delivered or is en route. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, please contact the us to check on your order status and to cancel the order. You'll find order history information located in the order summary in Your Account.
What can be returned?
Any items you have purchased within 30 days of the order date can be returned as long as the item(s) is not used or missing in anyway (i.e. contents missing or evaporated, ripped/torn labels, cracked plastic, etc.).
If your item was damaged upon receipt, then we will be happy to replace it once we have received the original, unused damaged item. Your replacement will be shipped to you within 15 days from receipt of damaged item(s).
How do I return items?
If you did not receive the correct product or are unhappy with your order, please contact us. Please note that we allow 14 days from the date of the order to return your item(s). Please retain and provide a copy of your receipt and/or order ID. Once the item(s) are inspected, you can expect a refund within 7-10 business days unless the item(s) are brought back in-person.
